I am rejecting this response because: they stated I am not a customer. It's under my husband's name Albert R[redacted]. They need to look through their files again because I bought a vehicle from this...
establishment and want compensation. Unless they're the type of business that purposely sells terrible cars that only work for a month, then maybe that's what needs to be advertised. If I need to show proof I have proof.

Complainant did not purchase the vehicle from Lone Star Motosports. The true buyer/purchaser was Mr. Albert R[redacted], on 06/24/2015 Vehicle was sold for $ 2094.00 on an " AS-IS " basis.Complainant states vehicle was acquired from new owner Albert R[redacted] on 06/26/2015. Albert R[redacted], signed Purchase Agreement with Lone Star Motosports and paid for his vehicle with his credit card and agreed to do his own transfer of Registration & Certificate of Ownership which was given to him. Lone Star Motosports does not recognize complainant as the purchaser, and has heard nothing from new owner Albert R[redacted] in regards to transaction which was sold "AS-IS".We can only discuss facts of the sale with Albert R[redacted], the Purchaser.
