I AGONIZED over trying to find the right person to take care of my precious, restored Knabe grand piano Kirk is truly the "Piano Whisperer"!!! A sticky sustain, squeaky pedals, and "outrageously out of tune" were all flawlessly fixed, and the resulting tone is phenomenal! He was on time, insanely meticulous, and very professional I am so in love with my piano again!!! Thank you, Kirk!!! You've given me my music back, and I'm so very grateful
