I usually do my tax's myself but this year a friend of mine and I went into game stop and picked up a flyer and business card for safe guard tax services in orange TexasHe went on the same same day and received a $gift card for doing his tax's there as the flyer and business card said through the month of Januaryyet it said walk out today with your $loan on your tax's and receive your tax's in 3-business daysTwo days later he received a call to come get his loan check of $and I went with him to do my taxs I received the $gift card and thirty min later they called and said my $check was ready when I went to pick it up my friend ask about his $he was supposed to get for referring me and she said it would be added to his gift card it still hasn't three weeks laterThe day after I did my tax's I told my son and took him to do his tax's and he was told he could either get the $gift card or the $loan not both so I went in asking why the flyer says through the month of JanYou will receive both And it was only January and she said o that's last years flyerYet they are still in their office and all around townThe following day my son received his $loan not the same day as they advertisedO and the loan was only $not $as the flyers said because they were last years and the paper work we filled out when we did our tax's that said 3-days 7-days well its been weeks and the paper work was old paper work too so we have still yet to receive our refund checks even though IRS has approved our refundsWe haven't received the $refer a friend fees they advertised to pay eitherI'm not one to complain but I feel as if everything they advertised has been and something needs to be done
