Revdex.com,

In response to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, we have waived the fines as requested to resolve this matter. We have notified Mr. [redacted] as well and requested that he remove/rescind this complaint.

Mr. [redacted] has been abusive to our staff and continually fails to follow...

protocol. We have waived now over $1,500.00 in fines/fees. My concern is that filing complaints through the Revdex.com will now become his avenue of choice to get fines/fees waived, as our reputation is important to us. Obviously, now that you know the amount of money that has been waived on his account, we have been more than fair to Mr. [redacted]. He also stated in his complaint that he has removed his weeds, when calling our office he openly admitted he was cutting them down and they keep growing back. We suggested he remove the weeds and apply pre-emergent, his response was, are we going to pay for it? When he purchased his home he acknowledged and agreed to abide by the Association documents and Rules.

Proper protocol upon receipt of a violation notice that Mr. [redacted] does not agree with, states he has 10 days to request an appeal in front of his Board of Directors. He has never requested an appeal, instead he calls our office, emails and texts our staff with a constant berate of vulgar comments and demands that we remove fines. He will not follow the rules. It's to the point where it's ridiculous. Mr. [redacted] has been asked not to contact our office and staff except through email due to this harrassment. He has also blogged and left bogus/false comments about our service and staff. ALL LIES!!!

Our staff is frustrated and tired of his constant abuse. Lone Star Property Management is tasked with enforcing the CC&R's and Rules set forth by the Association documents and Board of Directors. We do not have the discretionary option to pick and choose who we notice or who we don't notice for non-compliance of the Association documents. The Association Board of Directors is well informed of this situation and welcomes [redacted] to address the Board.

What recourse do we have to ensure false allegations are not posted to our Revdex.com information? What will the Revdex.com do to make sure false and bogus complaints are removed and not part of our complaint and review history? By choice we don't leave comments as we don't feel it's in our best interest to feed into the negativity or engage in an argument. This all stems from a few people who don't follow the rules, then make false complaints because they are asked to be responsible and bring their property in compliance with their respective Association documents.

If you should have any questions, or would like additional information (copies of violation notices with pictures are available), please let me know.

Best regards,

In the almost 2yrs we have lived in our rental house we have received letters from Lone Star for the smallest of things such as a weed in our yard. I have called them on several occasions for a copy of their CC&R's (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) and have yet to receive a copy. We received a letter when there was a slight frost and a couple of bushes had a few brown spots. So we cut them to the ground. We received a letter when the leaves fall off the one tree in the front yard. We received a letter when the tall tree branch went over our sidewalk even though you would have had to have been a giant to even be able to touch it. I understand there are rules but it is hard to receive these letters when just tonight I took over 10 pictures of dead plants, trees, shrubs and other things at houses near ours that they should consider a violation and that has been looking like this for months...Feels a little like harassment to us...We have owned homes in much better neighborhoods than this with an HOA that never singled anyone out as this seems to do.

Review: Loan Star Property Management is the company that handles the HOA where I live. They do not send warning letters when issues arise. For example. My garage door had a dent on it when I purchased the house back in 2008. Small dent. They now sent me a fine, not a warning, of 75.00 to fix it. 1 they should have notified me when I purchased the home, 2 I should have gotten a warning.I removed my weeds each week and they keep growing back. Every Sunday I am out there removing them. They send me fines for doing something I am suppose to. They are all removed on Sunday and re-appear in the middle of the week. These people are stealing hard earned money from home owners.Desired Settlement: I want all fines removed.

Inconsiderate employees that do not help. They like to send fines with out any warning for things home owners wouldn't know about. The community pools are consonantly shut down. I've called them on several occasions for help and they will not help or work with you. I do not recommend Lone Star Property Management.
