Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, Their response is not at all true and because of their customer service issues regarding Million Dollar Rustic brand furniture has resulted in them no longer being a dealer for them.I went to the store to see the furniture and they carry the brand I wanted but not the finish and they did say it was junk.I went elsewhereI later requested quotes for the pieces I wanted to buy in the Million Dollar Rustic brand from all of the dealers in my immediate area,theirs was one of the cheapest and they said they had to order it.When I returned to the store the second time with the quote and finally placed order and paid down payment, the salesman took my copy of my quote but I do have a copy of my receipt where I was sold the furniture and it was to be ordered from Million Dollar Rustic the following Monday morning by the other salesman I am not dumb they misquoted the price on the furniture and the salesman that sold it to me was going on vacation on Monday so he just passed the buck and put it off on the other salesman to cancel my order[redacted] was very rude when he called to cancel my order and he never offered any discount of any kindHis words to me were bad news cant get furniture,you can buy Rustico Sierra brand that I carry or get your money back, I refuse to sell Million Dollar rustic its junk, I dont want it in my store, do you want to pickup your check or should I mail itI am not in the furniture business but after having talked with the owner of Million Dollar Rustic (Mr[redacted] ) (very customer service oriented business man) since they were a dealer of his product and someone had made a mistake in pricing I believe that if one of them would have spoken to him they could have come to some sort of agreement for him to help them sell that furniture instead of losing a customer I know this because I emailed the company, the secretary had me call Mr[redacted] on his personal number, he was very upset with Lonestar Furniture and he spoke with [redacted] (needless to say they're not dealers for Million Dollar Rustic anymore), he received a copy of my invoice and within weeks I had all of my furniture pieces delivered at wholesale priceMr[redacted] told me that Lonestar Furniture greatly misquoted the furniture that I was trying to buyI know he would have helped them figure out a way they could still sell that furniture to even though they misquoted the priceI know this because of what he did for meI never dreamed something good would come out of the way Lonestar Furniture staff treated me.All of the members of the staff have done nothing but lieYes , I was mad because they would not order the furniture they sold me, they were a dealer of that brand of furniture , it could be ordered, delivery was estimated at weeks per Million Dollar Rustic,and it was my choice not the salesman's as to which brand or style of furniture to buy and how long I am willing to wait for it to come in.They kept saying it was a special order item that would take at least weeks and Million Dollar Rustic says it's a stock item but due to high demand it goes on back order sometimesdelivery time is weeks.I just want everyone to know they have bad customer service, they lie and they dont stand behind their price quotes

Normal delivery time is 2 weeks.I just want everyone to know they have bad customer service, they lie and they dont stand behind their price quotes.
