Tell us why hereAs required by the city of Kingsville, the plumbing and electrical testing were to be done as framing was near completionInspections were to be made to detect any damages to the slab prior to final constructionMrs [redacted] stated in her complaint that we had been under other owner’s namesThis is counterfactual, the same owners have operated the same company under different namesAt the beginning of the project, we were given full authority as primary correspondence with the insurance company, when she realized that we had the first draw check sent to both the client and contractor, she removed us as primary contact because she insisted that she cash the checkShe often stated she needed the money for other items, which is contrary to what the contract stipulated.She also admits to terminating the contract, which needs clarificationShe had often asked us if we could purchase item that were listed on the contract at lower prices so that she may keep some of the money for personal useWe refused to participate in illegal activities and warned her of the fraud involvedIt was at this point that she breached the contract and hired another contractorWe didn’t receive the first draw from the insurance company until a month after we began work and had to put up over 30k of our own money, when we did receive the first draw, we immediately reimbursed ourselves and purchased additional materials for the projectOnce again, Mrs [redacted] suggested that we manipulate the purchases so that she can have some of the monies for personal useWe refused to engage in fraudulent activities and consulted our attorneysOur attorney has tried to contact the clients to sign a disclosure, but he has not yet received a responseLonestar TRS is a reputable company with over years experienceAssuming that we have done “this” to others is counterfactual and carries spiteful intentions in an attempt to tarnish our reputationOne can clearly look at our record and see that the overwhelming majority of our clients are satisfied and continue to utilize our services

we hired Lone Star TRS LLC to restore our home after a fire back in June 27th 2016.they started demolition on it first week in July than it stoppedand although the house was not ready they send in a plumber to do partial plumbingand stopped againthen they send an electrician, all this time I'm questioning cause I new the house was not ready for any of that to be donethey express angerin September I decided to terminate the contractI decided to check them out on public recordsturns out the company is forfeited and has been under other owner names too and now they have the same ph.# and address but different company name it is now [redacted] and [redacted] Constructionmakes me very angry cause this people did away with of our insurance money ( their first draw)we don't have the money to file suitand here we still have no homethey need to be stopped, no telling how many people they've done this to

April 2017, we hired Lone Star TRS LLC to take care of some minor repairs in our home as we prepared to put it on the market for sale They provided a quote for $5,to a Paint interior walls, trim doors, base board ($3,125) b Wall patch repairs c Repaint outside, power wash, caulk, back door, front door, garage door fascia ($2,125) d Repair fascia ft ($156.24) e Replace towel bar, toilet paper holders ($72.36) They requested a deposit of 50% of the total to start the work, which we agreed was fair Their workers started out fantastic After a couple of days, we noticed that every day the workers were leaving trash (paper/empty water bottles) all around the house Once the painting was complete, we waited a few days for them to come back and put the faceplates back on/ install bar & holders They would give us a time and most occasions never showed up or called to re-scheduleThey were called several times to come and fin

Picture taken April 24, when we discovered that Lone Star TRS did not paint "outside" of house despite what was documented on the estimate & invoice Contacted them on April and shared picture.

We would like to address the customer’s complaints respectively. The customer claims that our workers left trash (paper/ empty water bottles) all around the house. I would like to know how the customer distinguished the trash that was supposedly left by our workers from the existing trash. The was...

no furniture in the house except for the bedrooms and the house was always a complete mess. Unsanitary and cluttered.   The customer also complained that our workers never showed up or called to re-schedule. The fact is that when we did show up the door was locked and no one was home. This is the reason for the re-scheduling.   The customer also stated that we quoted to repaint the outside of the house. There is absolutely no item in the quoted estimate that states we would paint the outside. The total bill is $5,478.60, if we were to paint both inside and outside of the house, the total bill would have been considerably higher. Upon completion, the customer thanked us and paid the balance in full.
