She's asking for a refund because her grass did not take.  First, she did not irrigate for 2 days after grass was planted.  I graciously bought her 2 extra pallets of grass, I gave  her 6-8 pieces of expensive flagstone, at no charge.  No one and I mean no one guarantees grass....

 99.9 percent of the time, it's due to poor irrigation.  I'm not refunding her.  If anything she should pay me for waisting my time and money.  She was given irrigation instructions on more than one occasion.  This is the second time her grass has died.  That says a lot about her not taking care of her grass.   I guess she thought I was going to sucker up, like I did when we replaced dead grass due to non irrigation.  No, I'm not paying for anything.Thank you[redacted]
