Great Service and Exceptional Job! Had water damage after my washer leaked and I let it go so the mold showed up on the walls. Pedro came on time did a detailed inspection and explained what needs to be done! Price was better then rest of the estimates, personality, and professionalism as well, we decided to go with air duct cleaning and mold treatment for HVAC as well. Air duct cleaning specialist Edgar showed pictures before and after and after several days whole project was completed! Mold clearance test was done, we passed!

Lone Star Pro Services quotes one price with a customer discount by phone based on square footage. Once they completed the work, the price they charged was higher than quoted and they refused to apply a customer discount. Buyer beware.

I needed my air ducts cleaned and made an appointment. The guy came by and told me to step outside because there was going to be a strong smell. I couldn't go inside to inspect because the smell really was intense. When he left, I noticed that the vent covers downstairs had cobwebs so he did not touch them. I reported this discrepancy and another guy came and said the ducts were cleaned and that he would remove the covers and wash the cobwebs off. I never inspected the upstairs because I trusted that he had at least clean the upstairs.
I got the 5 year maintenance plan to clean every 6 month. I tried to get them to come back this week but kept getting rescheduled. When he finally came today he said he would just put the smelly treatment and not clean the ducts because they were still clean. When my husband inspected the ducts upstairs, it was revealed that the ducts were very dirty and moldy. The guy said that it would cost over $400.00 more for him to clean them. My husband said that we had a contract and the guy told my husband to get another cleaning service to do it and left our house. He will not answer our calls to come back and honor the contract. We also texted and sent pictures for him to see the black mold build-up that was never cleaned in the first place. At this point, I want my money back.

My husband and I were quite pleased with Alex. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about our air duct cleaning. He explained everything to us and was really a delightful young man. We highly recommend using this company. They did so well on the tile floors kitchen , breakfast, laundry, bath etc. that we had to have them do the foyer and main hall that didn't look bad before. They retailed a shower wall too. Nice people, convenient times for us.
