We received a slide from Mr K***, However, it was received in a box with absolutely no paperworkThe label showed a return address from a Verizon store, with a complete different name on itMr K*** states he contacted us about the slide and a representative said we in fact did receive it
Unfortunately, I do not know how a rep could have given out that information, as we had no way of knowing the package had come from himThe customer is correct, the package did sit until he contacted us, and we were able to put all the information together and determine this slide was indeed from himAlthough, once that was determined, that is when we were able to start the custom workThe work that Mr K*** ordered does have a lead time of about weeksHe was told this when I spoke with himHe then spoke with a number of other reps and was told the same thingEach time he had agreed to the lead timeThe whole situation is unfortunate, as had the paperwork been included in the box, then the work would have been performed in a timely mannerHowever, without paperwork, or the box having his name on it, we have no way of knowing who the slide belonged to or why it was shipped in

At this point I do see that there is some confusion with the orderIf I am to understand this properly, The customer has a barrel and he ordered it flush cut, and it seems the work did not get completedUnfortunately the representative is no longer with that handled thisI would be happy to
send the customer a return shipping label to get the barrel cut as he wished, or refund the money for the service not completedHe can email me at ***@lonewolfdist.com and let me know his wishes

I am rejecting this response because:I have replied to the the email twice now with no response, once on 3/and again on 3/ Once again I will state that the design of said product is correct, it is the application of the item that is incorrectTherefore I an not sure how a picture is going to assist them with anythingThis is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen, every reply that I have recieved thus far has hinted at the fact that I am wrong and its my problem nowIf this is the way Lone Wolf handles issues with everyone then I will happily take my business elsewhere from this day forward

We are actively corresponding with this customer.  The customer has been giving the choice of getting a complete refund or letting us send send the item back to the coater for another attempt at correcting the problem with the finish.

Mr [redacted] Ordered a gun barrel from us on 4/23/2017. The barrel was on back order when he ordered it, and it is still on back order at this time. Although items do have a estimated delivery date, they are just that, an estimated delivery date. Mr [redacted] has not been charged for this barrel,...

as we do not charge for products that have not been shipped. Once the barrel comes into stock it will be charged to him and immediately shipped.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is only partially satisfactory to me.  I would prefer the product, I ordered it because I wanted the product, I have waited (now double) the advertised waiting time for the service and product, they have not offered any courtesy updates to the status of the product without being directly questioned multiple times.  If Lone Wolf can provide the product which I paid for in full, AND provide an acceptable shipping/expected delivery date then I still want the item.    If they cannot provide an acceptable / reasonable expected delivery time (something a bit more quantifiable than the false / misleading shipping link they have sent me), I will take the refund.

The person filing the complaint is not a Lone Wolf customer.  We are in touch with the dealer that this person ordered the product from.

Mr [redacted] was asked to forward pictures of the product he feels he incorrectly received. 3/7/2017

We assure you they are Tungsten guide rods. I will email a copy of the Product Quality Certification to the customer.
