Heather I am sorry that you had that kind of an experience, however I was in the building all day on Saturday. I am one of the owners. I am not sure what you were indicating by not being busy as it was a very busy day for the restaurant with only about a 1 hour period that was slow the entire day. The Bartender that night has only been the bartender here for about 3 weeks, she has been a server prior, so I am not sure you have been in that frequently that you would have known that and maybe you have confused her with one of the other bartenders. That may be why she did not know what you had ordered the 2 previous times that you were in the building. I am also wondering why you would not have asked for a Manager if you were this upset or an owner? At least 1 of the 3 owners is in the building most all the time, especially on days like Saturday with a UofL vs UofK Football Game during the day and an Auburn vs. Alabama Football Game that night. Please also understand that the New Menu just released on Friday and most of my servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff are learning it as we go. We are open 7 days a week so there really is not a slow period to show everything on the computers that has changed. Sorry for your experience is all I can say and I will be looking into this further on the Camera System for review with the Bartender that was working.
