chuck didn't complete the job he promise to do.chuck the owener of lone wolf tree & landscape promise he would trime limbs from the pecan tree and trim limbs on the lower section of the oak and he would take away the limbs that he cuts from the trees. I paid him $100.00 the first day,he said he needed that amount before he started. The second day he ask for the balane of the money so he could pay one of his employee that day because he need the money because the employe had a large family.and he needs some money . I paid him the balane of the money. he said he would back the next day to finish the. but has not come back to finish the. Every day I call him he has had all kind of excuse, the wind is to high to work today or it is raining, or I am sick, or I will be by there tomorrow to finish the job and pay you back some of your money. one day he claim his nephew hall stalled his truck and hecouldn;t get the truck unstalled. he sayed one day I am on my way to your house. I will be there in a few hours. he said that so many time I have lost count. His secetary said he was behind in his work, she ask me to be patient. I have waited over a month for him to come and finish the job or return my money or part of my money.Desired SettlementPlease ask Chuck or his company to finish the job or return my money since hasn't not finish the job that promise to do.

I needed two trees cut in my yard. [redacted], owner of this company came to my house and gave me a price. I gave him $200.00 for a deposit, that was 8/28/2015. He said he would be at my house on Saturday 8/29/2015.No show,Saturday or Sunday. Monday,he showed up,cut two limbs,left,we gave him $200.00 more for the dump,said he would come back in an hour. Came back on 9/1/2015 picked up his trailer and we have not seen him since.No phone calls, nothing. I wouldLike my trees cut. The full amount for services is $1075.00. If he can't cut my trees I would like my $400.00 back. I called him twice, each time he has told me him and his crew was on the way. No show.Desired SettlementI was like for this company to cut my trees and do the clean-up that told me he would do or refund my money.
