I received payment for the 2nd draw on March 15th and was deposited on March 16thFunds were not immediately available for useOnce funds were available (approximately March 22) I began purchasing materials and arranging for deliveriesBecause of weather and a delay in the current
building at the timeThe crew was delayed in starting *** ***'s buildingWhether through email or text messages I made *** *** aware of us arrivingOn April 13th I let *** *** know we will ne onsite April 14thHe told me he would not be there, however that does not prevent us from starting as on most jobs homeowner is onsite during buildWe arrived on April 14th to the jobsiteThe outside gate was lockedI notified *** *** that we were onsite and the gate was lockedI was told by *** *** "to get the hell off of his property or he was calling the police"I notified my crew to leave immediately to leave the jobsiteAn hour later Mr*** called me stating hew was at his jobsite and where was the crew? I told him that the crew leftI have tried a few times to reschedule build. I am ready to build his building once we can come to an arrangement on us being able to build whether *** *** is onsite or notAccording to Mr ***, he has to be onsite for us to be thereIf he is not onsite we cannot be there building

On September 20th the layout of building was completedBatter boards and string lines were put upThis is one of the first steps of the building processThe day before the job site about an inch of rain according to the customers motherThe jobsite did need to dry out before proceeding. On October 4, the customers son along with several friends approached the crew lead and began swearing at him and acting in a threatening mannerThe crew lead felt uncomfortable at the time in proceeding. On October 5, our project manager let the customers dad know about the altercation the day before and let him know that another crew will be there later in the week. When the other crew arrived, another person confronted the crew lead in a very aggressive manner, raising his voice and raising his handsThe crew lead left shortly after the altercation. On October 9, I sent an email to the customer letting him know of both altercations

Due to weather, prior buildings were delayed in getting finished. In turn delaying the start of framing of his building. We were scheduled to begin work in August when heavy rains made his and other job-sites "inaccessible". Someone from Lonestar had inspected his job-site a few occasions to check...

the pad to see if we could start. On all occasions the jobsite was too wet to begin. Now that the jobsite has dried up. We will begin construction within a week. As of today 9/13. More materials are scheduled for delivery on Sept 14. Beginning layout will also commence on Sept 14. With Framing , Concrete, metal work to follow.
