We have been communicating with Ms [redacted] We are building her roof the day  after her material is delivered  we had hoped delivery would have been last week but order will be delivered till this week

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]While I was finally able to get a return of my deposit, and thankfully the check cleared the bank before this outfit goes out of business, I did not agree to withdraw my complaint, I simply do not have to elevate the complaint to the [redacted]s. The company owner said he would mail my deposit, which was an outright lie in my opinion. It took 3 weeks and multiple telephone calls and a trip to their office and additional wait time to get the check. I immediately went to the bank to ensure funds were available and cashed the check. This is a lousy company to do business with. Nothing but lies and I am so glad that they did NOT do the roof repairs as contracted as I am confident it would have been a lousy job with absolutely no hope of getting any warranty or repairs of any kind. My advise is do not walk away from doing business of any kind with Lone Star Contracting in Houston, Conroe, or Dallas Texas....RUN away as fast as you can and find a real company, in my opinion. BUYER BEWARE really applies here.

Lone Star had ample opportunity to "build" our roof.  That resolution is no longer an acceptable solution.  The cheapest, easiest, and fastest way for Lone Star and Mr. C[redacted] to be rid of me is for Lone Star to refund the portion of the money that I paid that is allocated to the roof replacement.  Mr. C[redacted] intimated to my attorney that the amount is only $10,000 and as such, not that big of a deal.  I concur.  As this is not "that big of a deal," write the check and let's be done with it.

Mr. [redacted] repairs were completed and have been now for at least 2 to 3 weeks. The wrong color roof was installed but was due to not having a firm color selected on contract if I understood correctly. The delay wasn't on us as far as completing project near as much as we had to wait on Shingle...

availability from supply house. I personally spoke to Mr. [redacted] and I believe he is happy and satisfied when we completed repairs. Unfortunately with the color not being correct we were at the mercy of supply houses and availability of material. I will get more details and send a more detailed response.
