We have gotten a goldendoodle from them in the past but if we were to do it again, we would prob. try a different breeder and here is why...
- we were not allowed to see mom and dad (not even in pictures) or visit the puppies environment where they were raised.
- no where on the website says that the parents are genetically health tested for inherited diseases.
After doing intense research we now know what a reputable breeder entails.
Unfortunately, we put down a deposit for our second doodle before doing our research and have been unable to get it back. They told us to find someone else to take our deposit, but they won't even try us to post on their site to see if anyone would take our deposit. After months of trying to find someone and being unsuccessful we have finally decided to dispute the charge.
We thought that after gotten out baby from them once they wouldn't be so rigid about our deposit.
We have found other breeders that allow people to visit the home where puppies are raised, thus also show mom/dad, offer refundable deposits and health test their parents which make the whole experience of getting a puppy much more enjoyable!

***, I have done some follow up in regards to the complaint received and I hope these things can clear it up. The first image attached is the information we send out to all of our customers, which includes information on all deposits being non-refundable. The next image is the
customer, *** ***, acknowledging the timeframe we expected to be able to provide her puppy which was in MarchShe stated this timeframe was ok with her.The next document is the invoice we sent her, which includes in the memo that deposits are non-refundable. The next pdf attached is the deposit form all of our customers fill out when placing a deposit, which was filled out by *** *** on 11/18/at 11:26amThe last question asks her to acknowledge deposits are non-refundable which she checked "I understand". The next image I attached is our company offering her a puppy to her before her expected timeframe which she refused. The last attached image is a review she left on our page stating that she knew the deposit was non-refundable. We go above and beyond to satisfy our customers and have refunded many deposits regardless of our policy but the allegations made in her complaint are simply untrue as you can see from the information providedPlease advise us on what the best thing to do so we do not have a penalty for an untrue complaint

I am rejecting this response because: I am not refuting that I signed a sales agreement for a puppy and that this breeder's policy is a nonrefundable deposit, however, this breeder did not produce a puppy per my specifications.  And I have attached an email trail for you that clearly refutes the claim that they offered a puppy to me ahead of the time line that was discussed.  In fact, this breeder gave me no time line in which I could expect to receive an F1, mini, male, red colored goldendoodle puppy. At one point, this breeder offered me a $100 partial refund of the "nonrefundable" deposit if I would withdraw my complaint with the Revdex.com.  I told them I would absolutely not do this and be "black mailed" this way.  The correspondence for this is attached via a complaint I filed with Pay Pay which is how the deposit was paid. I did not refuse to accept a puppy from this breeder or wait for a puppy.  Taryn gave me no time line of when I could expect to receive the type puppy I had made deposit for. Thank you.
