both accusations falseThe documents include our invoice (pages 1-2) that displays the techs field analysis and recommendations as well as list any parts used and labor chargesPage is the techs onsite description of services that is signed onsiteIn this case it was signed by *** *** We also use GPS tracking on all of our vans and trucksPage will show that our tech show up as scheduled and spent 1:32:onsite inspecting the lift and installing a batteryBelow is an email from the tech to his dispatcher on the date of serviceThe attached pictures of him onsite are from that original email and are also time stamped in the original email and on fileIn image *** you will also notice part of the techs truck parked next to the liftWe are a professional company that values our customers and we do our best to resolves any issues in a reasonable mannerMost, if not all, of this information has been provided to the customer without the ability to resolve the issue in a reasonable mannerIf the attached material is not enough to resolve this claim with the Revdex.com please let us know so that I can see what additional information I can provide
