him and write up a second contract addendum which I normally do not do however did so for the amenity of the customer. Mr [redacted] signed a contract with Lone Star exteriors on August 22nd 2017 on Tuesday August 25th 2017 in [redacted] hurricane Harvey made landfall on the Texas Gulf Coast. I corresponded  with Mr [redacted] on several occasions due to the fact that he was going out of town to handle property. I as well had hired a master elite roofer to do this specialty project, when the storm hit the installer was called to Houston, there for production was delayed due to the hurricane and Mr [redacted]'s lack of understanding. He then decided to breach his contract there was never a date filled in on the customer's contract addendum which I have sent an attachment of that exact contract.
