Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is not telling the truth In regards to the first installation, he promised us that if it cost more than $8,he would cover the differenceWhen it came down to it, he then said he didn't have the money and promised us free ink cartridges in return In regards to the current problem, if he is unable to compensate us the excess installation fees, then we ask that he refund us a portion of the money we paid for the inserter since it is still not workingIt came missing parts, with faulty software, etc We will be pursuing legal action against his company but wanted to put a complaint in with the Revdex.com so that other consumers can be aware of this situation I have many emails to back up these claims as well as other vendors in the industry who are also aware of the problem since they have had to be involved to help us trouble shoot Regards, [redacted]

I will keep thjis brief as I only have minutes to respond My customer purchased a [redacted] inserter from me among other info, they wanted to know how much it would cost to install this inserter I stated that I wasn;t entirely comfortable with quote an installation because there are alot of factors (age, click counts, configuration, number of stations, hourly or daily fees from different techs and much, much more they insisted that I give them some idea of how much installation would cost so I said fine I stated it could cost approx $8, as it turned out, the installation costed them approx $10, they purchased a second [redacted] inserter I never quoted them how much the installation would cost them as it is a different inserter and again, they never asked installation, so far, will cost them in excess of $ they are quite upset at this amount and want me to compensate them for this difference I will not do this they stated they would go to the Revdex.com and lodge a complaint I have the actual emails showing our conversations they are EXACTLY as I have described above their complaint is invalid, unfair, and unwarranted it will do me great harm to my business please respond to my email [redacted] lonestar mailing solutions [redacted]

*** ***:These are the emails that were sent and received (below) by my customer and myself....scroll down.....you will clearly see that she states in my response to her concerns regarding installation: "we are on the same page"....once she acknowledged this....I did respond
to her saying "no" I cannot compensate you for this installation difference.the bottom line is, like I have stated several times to my customer, it is almost impossible to quote an installation amount there are many, many factors Not too mention that different techs have different daily fees Also, she now mentions that the second inserter she purchased from me has missing parts? Really? Why is she just now, today, mentioning that it actually has missing parts? This is not true A system with missing parts is a big deal I am certain she would have brought this to my attention immmediately Not wait until, just now, today, to all of a suddent state that the system is missing parts This is a falsehood

Business promised to refund money numerous...

times and then when they finally did refund they only refunded a portion. When I followed up the business blamed their freight company. This is going back to June 9, 2014. I really don't care if their freight company is not refunding their money. I did not hire that freight company, they did. They are responsible for refunding my money. Has the business complained to the Revdex.com about the freight company?
How long does it take for a wire to be sent?
The business has stopped taking my calls, does not return calls and does not reply to emails.
This is all a ploy to try and steal $300.
