The information provided by MrM*** is not accurateThis situation has been unresolved for more than months now, so there has been ample time for MrM*** to have performed the work, if that was his intentionHe didn't respond to our texts or to the certified letter we sent back in AugustWe' aren't sure why he decided to respond to our report to the Revdex.com? Perhaps because it provides a public record of his transactions for other consumers to see? We don 't have confidence in his work ethic or his character and the only resolution we find acceptable at this juncture is the return of our paymentIt is clear by his "F" rating with the Revdex.com that his business practices are unacceptable.
MrM*** put down one load of lime in our lot and his one worker showed up and spent a total of possibly two total work days on our premisesWe are willing to pay for the time the worker was here and for the load of lime (receipt provided)If MrM*** will provide a detailing those costs, and we agree can on them, we would be willing to accept the return of our payment less those costsWe feel this is more than generous, considering the circumstancesIf this can't be resolved soon, our next step is to file a complaint with the *** ***s office and *** ***

Just so we are clear, I've been upfront, extremely fair and communicated with LonestarUnfortunately , Lonestar doesn't feel the need to show the same respectI've never asked for any free work.
I request a return of my deposit less culvert, loads of shell and county fees.

I remember the project very clear. We were contracted by [redacted]. It was a job that we could only do on the weekends due to not seeking the required permitting from the city of [redacted]. I remember the day we began work on that project on a Saturday morning. I had an employee on the project...
at 7 am that morning. I got into my dump truck and headed to the base plant to pick up materials. Before picking up materials I was told by [redacted] that we were not to put any materials down on the site until [redacted] showed up on the site. I called [redacted] personally and he confirmed that we could not install materials until [redacted] arrived. I had to come back on the following monday at 7 am to put down crushed concrete over the parking lot area that we had dug out because I was not allowed to do so on the saturday prior. I let him know that the base plant was only open until noon on saturdays and he clearly stated again that no materials could be install until her arrival. She never arrived that day. We wasted an entire saturday waiting on [redacted] all day. The next two or three weekends after that it rained during the week and further tied up the job. We will complete the project whenever we are able to. Please let us know when the area is dry.
We purchased a culvert. We purchased 3 loads of crushed concrete base material that was installed by our company. Labor was performed. I paid the county fee to get the permit for the work. I also spent money and time preparing drawings to get the permit. The county took a long time to approve the...
