I just completed the construction of a luxury top end home with approximately ft.² and was extremely pleased by the Lone Star Energy teamI had three competing bids for most of the work performed at the property Lone Star Energy was very competitive though not the cheapestI decided to use Lone Star based on their detailed explanation of the entire process and recommendations to further enhance my home's energy efficiency Their execution of the work that was required came in like clockwork Specialist were performing the work at different stages, including the pre-sealing of the wood post-framing I used open cell foam throughout the entire house, walls and ceiling'sThey also used closed-cell foam to insulate my wine cellarThey also installed batting to deaden the sound between rooms and ceilingsI have now been living in my home four months and can tell you that my electric bill is shockingly lowThey were right on target in terms of my energy consumptionI can't tell you what a great difference it makes to have your home foam insulated I am extremely critical of my sub's work, though Lone Etar Energy five stars! I decided to use Lone Star based on their detailed explanation of the entire process and recommendations to further enhance my home's energy efficiency.
