On the complainant created a reservation for the [redacted] through a 3rd party website for an arrival date of The complainant failed to arrive for the reservation that they created, failed to contact the hotel and failed to contact the 3rd party websiteThe [redacted] does have a hour cancellation policy and since the complainant did not cancel, they are responsible to pay the room and tax charges for the first days(hours) of their day reservationIn order to have cancelled their reservation the complainant was required to contact the 3rd party website where they had booked prior to the hour cancellation period but did not need to cancel each day separately as stated in the customers statement

I have never in all my 35 years of travel had a hotel bill for every night canceled. It was 1 reservation not 3 ] It is pure dishonesty to tell us we are being billed one charge and bill us different higher amount.

The [redacted] does have a 72 hour cancellation policy and since the complainant did not cancel, they are responsible to pay the room and tax charges for the first 3 days(72 hours) of their 4 day reservation. In order to have cancelled their reservation the complainant was required to contact the 3rd party website where they had booked prior to the 72 hour cancellation period but did not need to cancel each day separately as stated in the customers statement.
