We have received your notification from [redacted]. We apologize for the inconvience. It is not our business practice to change a financing payment plan on a customer without notice. We have researched **.[redacted]'s complaint and found an accounting error when...

We have also tried contacting **.[redacted] to apologize for the inconvience but have not been able to reach him nor has he returned our voicemails.

Review: Have indicated to [redacted] about the use of Home Improvement Credit Card by [redacted] for his company to install a new front door that's to be paid in one year/ 12 months

zero financing. I found out from [redacted] today 7/15/2014 when they left a voice mail and calling them soon after hearing the message that Long Creek Company presented documentation to [redacted] that [redacted] should be paid in " 6 months " instead of 12 months that I have talked about with him. This is clearly a bad business practice. I want other potential customers to be put on notice about this company. Never again I will deal with this company nor recommend it to others. Never.Desired Settlement: Make the contract one year as agreed upon initially.
