I do no accept this because Dunlap Vision is still holding my EyeMed benefits hostage They will not release them back to EyeMed for me to use elsewhere for this current calendar year Dunlap claims I initialed paperwork stating I understood I would not get my deposit refunded but I did get my deposit back I don't remember initialing or having this explained to me Whether or not I did hold no weight Dunlap did not hold up their end of the bargain as they did not stick to the 7-day delivery of my glasses They have misled, lied and been rude to me I am the customer I have rightsDunlap is bullying me by holding my benefits hostage

Sept2, She was advised of terms of sale & based on insurance company's policy on cancellations and changes (none allowed once order is submitted)She initialed order accepting terms of saleShe placed the required half down non-refundable deposit of $to get the order started and received a detailed receiptPatient was given an estimated delivery of 7-business daysPatient was advised lab would be closed until September 8th for the Labor Day holiday and that her order would be started thenThere was a delay due to the lenses of the glasses failing the lab's final inspection checkPatient was notified of the delay via voicemail on September 16, The job was restarted on September 17th, On September 28th (business days later) patient was notified that the order was in and ready to be picked upAt that time she stated she didn't want the glasses because they took too long to be madeWe apologized again for the delay and reminded her that glasses are a medical device made specifically for each patient and that to be sure they were made to specifications, an inspection process is requiredShe stated she only wanted a refund and wanted her insurance benefits reinstatedWe requested she come in and see the glasses and sun clip she ordered but she declinedWe have not heard from the patient to date

Dunlap is bullying me by holding my benefits hostage.
