Mr*** has been on automatic fuel delivery since The previous homeowner of that house has been on automatic delivery since Since we have been delivering to our automatic delivery customers on a continuous basis We cannot, nor could any other oil company, stop
automatic delivery without a request and notification from the customer We need notification to discontinue automatic delivery from the customer in which we will then require it in writing so that we are not responsible for a frozen house or other damage that would result from an out of oil situation For years Mr*** signed a contract, "Price Protection Program", to get special fuel pricingIn order to get that pricing the Program states that the participant must be on Automatic delivery All Programs also state that "Current Automatic Delivery continues regardless of Plan Participation" Admittedly, Mr*** stated that he does not read all the details of contracts he signs We had no inclination or notice that Mr*** was converting to natural gas and wanted to discontinue automatic delivery

I do not accept first of all because that is a statement that I was mailed invoicesEven after numerous attempts to clear up account, I was told "I'll check into it and get back to you"He never got back to meNow all of a sudden he is producing some figuresI do not agree with the $service charge to pick up the tanksI do not recall hearing if such a policy, I do not recall signing anything agreeing to such a policyThose tanks sat on my front lawn for a month and a half creating not only an eye sore but a safety hazardIf I had not called and demanded they pick up the tanks after the lengthy period of time, they would have been there longerMy original bill before propane credit was Minus the credit, I should owe somewhere around $That is all I owe and all I am willing to payThe worse part of all, is my credit will be effected by thisThe companies neglegence, poor record keeping, poor customer service and lack if communication has negatively effected me

IN REGARD TO THE SUBJECT COMPLAINT, A REVIEW OF OUR RECORDS INDICATE THAT WE DID IN FACT, CREDIT THE ACCOUNT FOR 85 GALLONS @ $1.739 PER GALLON, TOTALING  $147.82.WE ALSO CHARGED THE ACCOUNT $106.92 FOR THE COST OF PICKING UP THE TANKS. BOTH THE AFOREMENTIONED TRANSACTION WERE POSTED TO THE...

ACCOUNT ON 02/01/2016. TO THE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE, BOTH INVOICES FOR THESE TRANSACTIONS WERE MAILED TO THE COMPLAINTANT. THE FINAL RESULT OF THESE ACTIONS LEFT A BALANCE DUE OF $196.67. WE WILL BE PROVIDING THE COLLECTION AGENCY OF PRINT OUT OF THIS ACCOUNT.
