To Whom It May Concern,A 90-day listing contract was signed on 4/4/ The first offer came in on 4/25/17, the seller countered but the offer didn't go through I received a 2nd offer (within 1.5% of the asking price) on 5/1/and the seller agreed verbally but would not make arrangements to sign By the time he made arrangements to sign the buyers decided they didn't want the property anymore Then, I asked the buyers to reconsider, their representative and real estate agent met the seller and decided they didn't want to be involved with the seller and the purchase of the property I then received two other offers on 6/14/and the seller refused to make arrangements to sign the agreement of sale (within 1.5% of the asking price) after accepting verbally, and again the buyer walked away from the sale I received a 5th offer on 6/18/(within 6% of the asking price) and the seller declined to accept So, in a period of 1/months I received offers on the seller's property I've always treated him with respect, promptness and professionalism I have exchanged well over emails, have spoken numerous times on the telephone and through text message with the seller I have been practicing real estate in Pennsylvania and Ne Jersey for years, I was regional vice president for two of the largest real estate companies in the United States and have an impeccable record working with buyers and sellers in the Tri-State area.Sincerely,Arthur BH [redacted]
