*** *** *** Said vehicle was reported to local police department which advised the residence owner that he could have it towedThe residence owner called our dispatch and we proceeded to said location to tow away the vehicleUpon arrival the vehicle was parked/abandon in front of the residence driveway blocking entrance and pictures were taken via phoneThe residence owner also had a no parking sign displayedThe residence owner ( *** ***) provided his information and vehicle was towed away and stored at our storage yard*** *** called our dispatch asking about the vehicleWe provided charges and requirements as per *** to be able to get her vehicle backShe became vulgar over the phone after finding out the charges and dispatch hang up on herShe continued to call and harass dispatch and asked to speak with the ownerI (Romeo F*) returned the call and tried to explain but she continued to be vulgar and disrespectfulI advised her that if she continued to call to verbally insult us I would call local police and file a report against herAfter about a week she arrived at the storage yard with the registered ownerThey paid in fullThe vehicle stayed at our yard for an additional day at no charge so she could have a lock smith come by and make her a keyThe following day the lock smith arrived and made her the keyShe said thank you and left. We at Long Haul Towing strive to serve our customers to best that we canWe have had long relations with other companies and customers with no complaintsWe feel for *** *** and we tried several times to assist herbut unfortunately the registered owner was needed in order to release the vehicleThese are rules set by the *** ** ***/ *** and at no time will we risk our license or permits and the possibility of getting fines.
