Long Island Anesthesia Physicians, LLP incorrectly billed (double billed for the same service) in 2013, were paid by us and the insurance company ([redacted]), but have continued to send collection notices even after in discussion with them they admitted that the billing was in fact incorrect. They have yet to resolve the issue and the said amount has gone into collections.
