Review: Had to get refrigerator repair, They came to my house on 8/2015 it is now 10/2015 and it is still not fixed, they said the parts were backordered, I called sears and I was able to get the parts in a week. I called Long island appliance and told them and they said that there warehouse was backorder. I called my appliance insurance company and told them . they got the parts for Long island appliance so this can get fixed. They were supposed to come out on 10/**/2015 to put them in between 12pm and 4pm I called them at 12 pm left a message on his phone that I will be home all day . They never showed up.They told insurance company that they came out and nobody was home. My whole family was home and there was 3 cars in the driveway. This is all about the money, they do not get paid alot for these repairs, they do not care how long it takes for them to do them, They do the big money jobs first. That is not fair for the customer.Desired Settlement: I want a verbal apology and a refund of my $45.00 service fee and 100.00 for aggravation and lose of use of appliance for 2 months.
