Review: According to the letter I received from Long Island Employee Benefits Group, LTD, I am 100% vested in my employer contributions and the NET LUMP SUM vested benefit DUE TO ME from my plan is $6327.60. However, upon receiving my payment, my NET payment was only for the sum of $4768.11. My payment received is exactly $1559.49 less than what was stated on the letter I received from the company. I have contacted the company and spoke with someone on two different occasions concerning this matter and they refuse to pay me the difference ($1559.49) owed to me.Desired Settlement: I want to be paid the additional funds in the amount of $1559.49 that is due to me according to the letter I received from Long Island Employee Benefits Group, LTD.
