At Long Island City Volkswagen we strive for 100% customer satisfactionI researched this complaint and wanted to respond because unfortunately the consumer failed to state the facts correctlyWhen a customer buys a new vehicle or certified pre-owned vehicle from us, we provide a courtesy loaner as long as the customer makes their service appointment requesting a loaner and one is availableUnfortunately that is not a service we can provide to customers who buy out their leaseThis wasn't a sale of a vehicle in our inventoryThe customer came in with their relative and purchased their own leased vehicle upon it's lease termination, so all we did is help the customer obtain financing and complete the paperworkIn these instances there is no warranty or loaner offered from usI apologize for not being able to do anything more for the customer and hope they understand that loaners are not provided under these circumstances.Sincerely,Nick L [redacted] Dealer Principal

as long as the customer makes their service appointment requesting a loaner and one is available. Unfortunately that is not a service we can provide to customers who buy out their lease. This wasn't a sale of a vehicle in our inventory.
