Long Island Cleanouts

On August ***, 2015, MrCraig J [redacted] was recommended to us to evaluate our items that we wanted to sell via Long Island Cleanouts, Craig J***s Licensed Auctioneer # [redacted] .On August ***, 2015, MrCraig J [redacted] came to our home at [redacted] to review the items and also to give us an estimate to take out the furniture, which will are not taking with us We are moving to a new home in [redacted] very shortly [redacted] however, took an interest in a piece - panes of class - etched with a jungle scene - see attachments He took this item on August ***, and told us that he would bring it to auction by the following wednesday If he sold it, he would take his commission and give us our amount due If he did not sell it, he would return the item to us.I told him that the item also has sentimental value, since my mother, [redacted] , passed away at the age of on December ***, [redacted] I remember she told me the story of this item that she purchased was etched with a dentists drill....this item was purchased approx Since there is a sentimental value attached to it.....I want it back....we have made many phone calls and a few email follow ups, but to no avail.At this point we are moving to [redacted] on October ***, 2015....we feel that he has conducted and represented himself in a very UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE 'HELP'.Attachments include: Picture of Item Taken that we want returned asap- includes a copy of Craig J [redacted] business cardCopy of his estimate to take items out from our house, if we neededIncludes notes regarding our follow up phone calls, etc for this itemEmail sent to him which are self-explanatory and confirmations of prior phone calls.Please review and advise.After Oct ***, - our new address will be: [redacted] Cell number remains the same: ###-###-#### Very truly yours, [redacted]
