Unfortunately there is nothing more that we can offer this clientWe have all the necessary permits that we need to operate in our industryIf he would like to discuss this matter in further detail then feel free to give us a callWe can only continue to stand by our work and offer to fix any issues that the client has regarding the vehicle or remove the content that he is unhappy with on itWe wish him nothing but the best but there is nothing more we can offer at this time.?

We have read this complaint and have since tried working with our client to make the necessary changes to make this happy with their vehicleWe worked on their vehicle for approxthree days completely transforming it into what they wantedUpon receiving the vehicle indoors our client was very happy with our work and praised my teamA few days later our client called us with some concerns in which we responded at all times that if they had any we would fix any problems they had or if they were completely unsatisfied we would go ahead and completely redo the workWe have always stood by our work and its because of that reason we have never had any complaintsFor some reason or another the client was not willing to allow us to fix the work ? that they had complained aboutThere was no wrong doings miscommunication or damage done to their vehicleWe also offered to restore the clients vehicle to its original state as well which they also declinedWe feel we have done all we can to try to accommodate this client but unfortunately they were unwillingWe have attached images of the vehicle before in white to the gloss black completely peel-able coating that we applied

I tried contact the owner times already to get his permit numbers and each time the receptionist said he stepped out and she had no idea what the permit numbers whereI Asked her all times to have the owner contact me with the numbers and I never received a call backOddly enough my friend called the same day for an estimate and the owner Josh returned her phone call and not mine.? I never heard back from Josh .That is what lead me to call the state to request the permit numbers for Long Island Dip and Customs and they were not able to find anything? in their system under that name, address, or phone number.? ? I have no desire at all to speak with anyone at Long Island DipThey have carried themselves in an unprofessional? manner this entire timeIn the atleast calls I have made to the shop in attempt to reach the owner I only received maybe call backs? I am attaching more pictures of the poor work done to further show why I absolutely do not want them to do any more work on my vehiclePhoto shows ofdripsPhoto shows uneven and missed areasPhoto shows uneven and missed sprayed along rear windowPhoto shows another 1of drips in productAs stated in my last complaint I can provide many more pictures of highly unsatisfactory work showing drips, dust and dirt in? product, uneven spraying, areas already peeled, and orange peel(texture)I wish also take the vehicle to any body shop in my area the Revdex.com desires to further my case of poor quality work.? Sincerely, [redacted] ?

It was almost impossible to get the owner on the phone or to return my calls. Either no one would answer or the receptionist would say he stepped out. Once we were able to speak I told him all the defects and asked for a refund he said no. I asked for even half refund he also said no. I stated if I received even half refund I would not file complaint with BBB and credit card company he still rejected. I then called the state motor vehicle safety inspection department and they said his shop is not an authorized shop to do work on vehicles so I also filed a complaint with them. The reason I would not take the car to him to repairs was because he is not authorized and I brought the car to High End Collision of Suffolk which has been in business since 1991 and the manager advised me no to after he did a complete inspection of the work done by long island dips. I have attached his report and estimate for repair. I have also attached the max number pictures allowed. If more photos are needed I have at least another 20 photos showing dirt/dust in the product, areas peeling and bubbling, overspray on windows, mirrors, blinkers, blind spot indictor, reverse camera, and uneven spraying. I will also bring the car to any body shop the BBB desires in my area for further inspection. Photo 1457 shows dirt and bubbles in product. Photo 1467 shows 1 of 4 drips in product. Photo 2662 shows dirt, dust, and bubbling in product on hood of car. Sincerely, [redacted]

We have read this complaint and have since tried working with our client to make the necessary changes to make this happy with their vehicle. We worked on their vehicle for approx. three days completely transforming it into what they wanted. Upon receiving the vehicle indoors our client was very...

happy with our work and praised my team. A few days later our client called us with some concerns in which we responded at all times that if they had any we would fix any problems they had or if they were completely unsatisfied we would go ahead and completely redo the work. We have always stood by our work and its because of that reason we have never had any complaints. For some reason or another the client was not willing to allow us to fix the work  that they had complained about. There was no wrong doings miscommunication or damage done to their vehicle. We also offered to restore the clients vehicle to its original state as well which they also declined. We feel we have done all we can to try to accommodate this client but unfortunately they were unwilling. We have attached images of the vehicle before in white to the gloss black completely peel-able coating that we applied.

Unfortunately there is nothing more that we can offer this client. We have all the necessary permits that we need to operate in our industry. If he would like to discuss this matter in further detail then feel free to give us a call. We can only continue to stand by our work and offer to fix any issues that the client has regarding the vehicle or remove the content that he is unhappy with on it. We wish him nothing but the best but there is nothing more we can offer at this time.
