I signed my son up for a football league he has never played for. He was supposed to be on a 9 and 0 year old league, he played one game and the children were clearly anywhere from 6 years old to 10 years old. That is a safety issue as the younger children can get hurt playing with older children as they are not on the same skill level. There was a few issues with the coach during the game as well such as talking on his cellphone on the field. I left a voicemail and two emails asking questions in regards to if they were placed with the correct ages (as per the coaches recommendation after the game as he stated they was a mix up of children himself). I have a few emails and text messages from George that are borderline harassment and extremely poor customer service. I have paid $140. for my son to play and I need a refund as a result.
FIrst of all, she never asked for a refund until today, and we happily agreed. None of these claims are true. This is just a dishonest attempt to get a refund, which we are sending gladly, with no basis of truth or accuracy. A college intern Ryan suggested nicely that her husband could help Coach if she likes and she took that as an insult because she's divorced. We had no idea of her marital status. We texted her a roster of the team proving that she's wrong about the age of the players, she called that "harassment?" Coach C has won multiple championships and to say what she has is nothing less than slander. This person is not stable and is a liar, nothing less. Her refund is in the mail. She not from our area and signed up for the wrong league. Instead of just asking for a refund that she would've rec'd anyway, she concocted this whole fabrication to get her way in case we said no.

As you can see in the emails I have provided previously, I'm not a liar or unstable, he is a sexist pig against women. I do live in the area so again untrue. He was not on the phone call and as a parent we have a right to make sure our children are placed in the correct age group. As you can see in the documents provided the initial player list and then an updated text message list. Conveinently, a few wrong aged players were removed. I can gladly forward all the nasty worded emails with poor customer service provided. I have not received a refund but when I do I will gladly update this case. Lastly,. I'm not divorced so unsure where that gentleman got his facts as he doesn't personally know me.
The customer requested a 50% refund, which has been delivered. NONE of whatever else she is saying otherwise is true. She spoke to a college-aged Intern and made several false accusations against her Coach, Peter C. The Intern replied, accurately, that if she wasn't happy with the Coach that she or her husband could Assist Mr. C. She then flipped out on the Intern that she was divorced and that this was a major insult. 100% of the Coaches are male/Dad volunteers. Unaware of divorces at 21 years old, maybe. ***", that is utterly insane and slander. What's really amazing here is that her primary complaint about the roster was that there was "a girl on the team." I'm not kidding, this is how crazy this whole thing is. She also claimed a 6 year old was on the team, which is a 10U Team. Legally he could be, but there was no 6 year old. She called the league cellphone and left a message. I texted her the roster with ages to show there was no 6 year old the team. She called that "harassment." She lied again a 6th time in this latest response. She lives in Wantagh which is in the Town of Hempstead. Our league is based in the Town of Oyster Bay. She does not live in our area, realized it, and concocted all this insanity unnecessarily, to get a refund. The bottom line here is, if you look at your first Complaint, she said a 50% refund for her and her friend would resolve the situation. The fee is $140. Her friend was refunded via PayPal $70. She received a check for $70. Why you are entertaining the ravings of a this person makes no sense professionally. She received the refund. Please review the last Complaint and let's end this harassment of a 35 year old Corporation without a single similar complaint.
I'm unsure why this is even still transpiring. The Revdex.com was forwarded every single contact we have had including emails and text messages so it's factual that the only liar in this is unfortunately you. Nobody is still thinking about your poorly run organization. It had absolutely nothing to do with a girl so just stop with the constant made up stories, like I stated previously they have been forwarded every single form of contact such as emails and text messages and no where in it has to do with anything you are even referring too.
We have received a 50% refund, as far as we are concerned the matter is over with.
