Review: I went in to the hearing place looking to help my hearing out. I first showed them my medical coverage. I wasn't sure what it covered, so I asked them If I was covered and they said yes. I later find out that i'm not covered and get a bill from them. First I call up the collection agency and they didn't get back to me. I call back and they said to contact hearing office. I do and don't receive a call back. I then contact them again and they said they would look into it and that most non insurance people get charged around 75.00. I shouldn't have to pay that but I'm willing. I do get a call back that they are working on it and that I will hear from them the following day. I don't get a call and call them just in case they forgot and speak to another person and now they want me to come in next Tuesday with the [redacted]. It's always another story and I work a full time job.Desired Settlement: Due to the aggravation and telling me that I'm covered. I don't believe I should be charged anything. They should have been up front with me.
