Sent 2 boxes to Philippines on 4/24/14. I did not get the replacement boxes on that day and was told that I can get it at any LBC branch office. I went to claim the boxes at Belleville NJ branch but this lady named "MING" made this very sarcastic remark that made me write this review. I think she can use a refresher course in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They just lost a customer.
