Review: I have been a faithful customer of [redacted]’s for over 10 years. I bought two RV’s from you, have had them winterized and dewinterized each year, as well as numerous maintenance items. I have referred dozens of customers to you, many of whom bought RV’s from you. I also thought of myself as a valued customer and I implicitly trusted you.

I am very unhappy over the “refrigertor issue” that has plagued me for almost 5 years now. The day we brought home our new RV, the refrigerator stopped working. You were very gracioius and told us to drive it right back so your service man ([redacted]) could look at it. He checked it and it was working fine. This scenario repeated itself several more times. [redacted] replaced the entire circuit board again. The problem persisted. It was like Russian Roulettte. You never knew when it would decide to work. He suggested cutting the thermocouple switch as a simple fix. I am not a mechanic, but this didnt seem like a good idea. My wife and made several calls about the issue, and we were always told “we are looking in to it”. In the most recent episode, your present mechanic, **, in desperation, actually drove to my house so we wouldnt have to drag the RV back again. He concluded that the problem all along was in the coils.

The most drastic fix would be to replace the refrigerator. I dont feel that I should have to pay for a new one, and you of course dont want to. ** suggested that in cases like this, a simple fix that requires only a little labor, and works in 90% of the cases is to remove the unit and turn it upside down to “burp it”. At the very least I feel you should at least offer this solution for usDesired Settlement: To have a refrigerator that I can trust

Review: I brought my truck in with my 5th wheel camper because I was having trouble with the camper brakes only. After a couple of days they called me and said I owe $562.62. They said they had to diagnostic checks and the part was $17.95. I never gave them permission to fix the truck and they never gave me an estimate how much it would cost. They just fixed it and charged my credit card. I later found out that the diagnostic checks they did were unneccesory there was no problems with anything else. All they had to do was switch the one part out. We knew what the problem was. Tried to dispute my c.c. But c.c company told me they can charge me whatever they want. Even though I have proof showing no signature for work or on c.c. Receipt. They ripped me off.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for unnessory labor rates.
