Long Island Tax Savers, Inc.

Last June of 2014. I contacted [redacted] owner of Long Island Tax Savers, for the soul purpose of grieving my taxes. He sent me a form to fill out with all my information etc. In which I sent the form back promptly and completed. About a month later I called to follow up and see how the process was going. He said it would take several months to get any results. I called back three months later to get an update of the progress and left a message. No return phone call. after several weeks of additional phone calls and emails. Still no returned emails or phone calls. Today I finally was able to speak to [redacted], and his reply was he does not have my file and asked if I was sure if I called the right number. He is unprofessional, unreliable and incompetent.
