I have not got a response from the calls I have made as of yet to get someone there...as soon as I have an answer will call customer to give a date..thank you

I will get someone there this week to see what's needed.  In the meantime they can get an estimate from someone if they choose to do so and we will see which is the best route to go.  Thank You

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  This is satisfactory as long as we actually receive a call.  We were able to get a contractor to our house to provide an estimate within days of contacting them, not sure what the delay is, but as long as someone is to our house next week to assess the damage this will be satisfactory.  It has gone on for almost 11 weeks and we would like it resolved ASAP, and have done everything in our power to move it along to no avail.
Sincerely,

Review: ON 6-**-2012 LONG ISLAND TREE REMOVED A PLUM TREE AND REPLACED THE TREE WITH ANOTHER PLUM. I EXPRESSED CONCERN ABOUT WEATHER THE PLANTING WOULD TAKE DUE TO THE PROXIMITY TO THE SUMMER HEAT. THEY ASSURED ME THAT THE TREE PLANTING WOULD BE GUARANTEED FOR ONE YEAR AND ASKED THAT I WATER IT DAILY WITCH I DID FOR THE NEXT 2 MONTHS. DURING THIS TIME THE TREE LOST ITS LEAVES . I WAS CONCERNED BUT DECIDED TO WAIT UNTIL THE SPRING TO SEE IF THE TREE WOULD COME BACK. IN LATE APRIL OF 2012 WHILE MY OTHER PLUM TREES HAD ALREADY FULLY BLOOMED THE TREE IN QUESTION WAS STILL BARE. I CALLED LONG ISLAND TREE EXPRESSING MY CONCERN. ON 4-**-13. THERE RESPONSE WAS THAT THE [redacted] WAS AT A FUNERAL AND WOULD CALL BACK. THAT CALL NEVER CAME SO I CALLED AGAIN ON 5-*-13 AND THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULD CALL WHEN A REPLACEMENT TREE WAS AVAILABLE. AGAIN I RECEIVED NO RETURN CALL. I CALLED ON 5-* ,5-**,6-*-13 BUT WAS MADE TO BELEIVE THAT THE TREE WAS COMING. NEEDLESS TO SAY NEITHER PHONE CALL OR TREE EVER CAME. WE WAITED AND WAITED AND THIS SPRING MY WIFE GAVE ANOTHER DITCH EFFORT CALL WHICH WAS FRUITLESSDesired Settlement: REMOVE DEAD TREE AND PLANT NEW ONE OR RETURN MONEY

Review: We had a number of trees trimmed and/or removed on 7/**/2014. After we paid in full at the close of the job, we had noticed that multiple pieces of cut slate in our walkway leading into our backyard (where the largest tree was removed) were broken - more than 50% off the pieces had been cracked into multiple pieces. We felt that we paid good money to have tree work done and shouldn't have to replace a walkway which we had no intention of replacing in the near future..

We notified Long Island Tree on either 7/** or ** of the problem, which took multiple calls to get a response, but eventually we were told that it would be no problem and they would take care of it, and requested that we send pictures of the walkway. We did so on 7/**/14 via email and also followed up with a call. We then followed up with either a call or email on the following dates; 8/*, 8/*, 8/**, 8/**, 8/**, 8/**, 8/**, 8/**, 8/**, 8/**, 8/**, 9/* and still have a broken walkway and have not even been told how to go about finding a resolution. Many of the contact dates remained unanswered. The last time we spoke to the [redacted] was on 8/** and she said she would have to show her husband the pictures we sent when he got back the following Wednesday (meanwhile the pics were sent a month prior on 7/** and apparently still hadn't even been looked at).

I offered many times for us to get an estimate and submit it to them for payment in order to move this process along and was never given that opportunity. I was told they'd drop off "bricks" but I made it clear that it is a cut slate walkway and they would need to measure to ensure the pieces of slate fit in like a puzzle, and that I do not expect to come home to a pile of "bricks" for us to have to place them ourselves.

This is unacceptable that the walkway was broken over six weeks ago and we are still waiting on a resolution. Even more unacceptable is the multiple attempts to connect, leaving multiple phone numbers and emails where myself and my husband would be easily accessible, and not getting any type of response.Desired Settlement: We would like the walkway repaired to the standard it was prior to damage OR provide approval for us (home[redacted]s) to get an estimate from contractor for repair and submit for payment by LI Tree Service in a timely fashion before work is initiated.
