Review: on 3/**/2013 this company charged me $270 for an ad for services that they were allegedly going to print in their annual directory of Queens' lawyers to appear in April. For several months (since May) I have been requesting them to send me a proof that the ad was printed to no avail. As of today, the company did not provide me a copy of the directory as promised, or any form of proof of services. I do not have other way to obtaining their directory. There is no evidence that they published this ad. They just sent me an email stating they will not issue a refund.Desired Settlement: I request a full refund to my credit card ASAP

On March **, 2013 [redacted] contacted us about advertising. On April **, 2013 upon inquiring about the Annual Queens Bar Association, I personally responded via email telling her the directory was in production. On May [redacted], [redacted] emailed me again at which point I asked our publisher, [redacted] and Office Manager, [redacted] if the invoices and directories were mail. I was told they were sent out and passed along this info to [redacted]. [redacted] mailed her another copy of the directory and invoice.

On June **, 2013, I received an email from [redacted] asking for a refund.

The directory had been printed and mailed to her twice, therefore there are no refunds and she has a copy of her cancellation policy. She admitted that she received the invoice but not the directory [which was attached to the invoice] On May [redacted] I received another email from [redacted] inquiring once again about not receiving her copy of the directory. [redacted], for the 3rd time walked to the Huntington Post Office on June [redacted] and and again, personally mailed the directory and invoice via CERTIFIED MAIL to [redacted] c/o FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS, [redacted].

Long Islander Newspapers, LLC has been publishing since 1852 and is the "OFFICIAL" Newspaper for the Town of Huntington. All sales practices are legitimate. I have personally responded to each and every one of your emails and have printed off each one as well as the certified mail receipt.

This is our first complaint in the 10 years I've been with this company. We are sorry for any inconvenience we have caused and hope this has not caused any reason to jeopardize our working relationship. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do to help market your business.
