Review: My husband and I were told that this store was great to do business with. We took a ring there to be repaired and they did it for free. So we decided to do some shopping and did over $400 in business with them including putting a ring on layaway for $120.00 deposit. We decided to go in to the store today to cancel the layaway and request a refund on the deposit. We were informed that it was not store policy to refund layaway deposits. We asked to see the policy and they told us that "We do not have all of our policies on paper". The business owners then proceeded to make fun of me by snickering and pointing. My husband went back to the store and told them that he was not going to have them make fun of me. He also called them i
s. The owner threatened to call the cops and my husband asked why? He said they were done with the conversation and asked my husband to leave, which he did. My husband never threatened them in any way and informed them that we are calling our attorney. They laughed and said we look forward to it. He then told my husband to kiss his [redacted]!Desired Settlement: I would like a written apology from this store for the way we were treated. I also demand that since they have "no written policy" that they refund us the $120.00 deposit since we have no desire to do business with them. Everything that I stated above is the absolute truth and my husband recorded everything that was said in the exchange on his cell phone.
