In short, the company's online system where we made our purchase did not match what we were told in phone calls and e-mails, and we were given a full refund without asking for oneThe differences were that the greenhouse was actually not in stock because it was at a different company in a different state, and the cost would be $more to actually match our receipt

There are no guarantees on bed bug treatment because it's so easy for them to come back into the area if a person brings them back inHow we combat that, we recommend that they go on a monthly treatment at a low cost of $per monthAfter they had an initial treatment a couple weeks later,
consumer called they were still having problems; we offered to go back out for another treatment at no charge.I will go back out for (1) additional treatment at no charge however after that I must recommend the consumer go to the monthly treatment. *** ***
