Complaint from the customer was submitted to the GM of the store. GM made contact with the customer on 5/24/16 to discuss and resolve any issues or concerns the customer had.

The corporate office has reached out to the franchise owner of the Pasadena, TX restaurant that was visited by [redacted] (Complaint ID: 10597467).  The service she received doesn't reflect the Brand's service standards.  In turn, we have requested a representative of the franchise...

restaurant to contact [redacted] to discuss her visit, correct the issues at the restaurant and satisfy [redacted].

Customers complaint has been submitted to the franchisee of the location for follow up and resolution.

Customer was contacted by Corporate Office and her complaint was submitted to the Franchisee of the restaurant. Franchisee contacted customer and resolved her issues.

Talked with the customer and will be mailing out coupons to his home address.

Customers complaint was forwarded to the franchisee for follow up with the customer on 7/25/16

It was purchased in April or May of [redacted] either as a Mother's Day present for my mom, or for her birthday which is April 20
I wanted to add additional information to the complaint.

[redacted], called me on Friday evening, Dec 26, and indicated that his wife , [redacted], manages the Long John Silvers in [redacted] where my mother tried using the gift card.  He apologized that the assistant manager, [redacted], didn't honor the card, and that he was trained to honor the cards.  [redacted] said that my mother could obtain 10.00 worth of food from the restaurant upon her next visit, and that if the bill was over 10.00, he would give the difference on the house.  I told him she probably couldn't eat 10.00 worth of food in one sitting.  He said that if it took two trips, even if the bill went over 10.00, he would 'take care of her".  i contacted him online and told him that I didn't want to risk sending my 83 year old mother back there and have the same thing happen, and she wouldn't be allowed to use the gift card.  I gave him the receipt number of the dinner we ordered on Dec 26, the store number, the time of dining, and the amount of 13.47, and asked him to send a check for that amount to my mother's address in order for me to drop the Revdex.com complaint with LJS Corporate Office.

My name's[redacted], and I filed a complaint again** Long John Silver's probably toward the end of Dec. 14.
 
They have since sent my mother a check to cover the value of the gift card she was unable to use at a local re**aurant.
 
I would like the case dropped.

there has been no contact with the location, no phone call or anything. I don't see how I could mark this as resolved as they have done nothing.

Customer was contacted by the ARL on Tuesday 4/19/16. The issues at the store have been fixed. We sent the customer an apology letter with coupons to try us again.

Contact has been made with the customer by the ARL. A refund is being issued for the disputed amount as well as a free meal replacement.
