consumer called they were still having problems; we offered to go back out for another treatment at no charge.I will go back out for (1) additional treatment at no charge however after that I must recommend the consumer go to the monthly treatment. [redacted]

Review: I would like to complain about a specific employee of this establishment,in particularly the manager named [redacted]. upon entering the establishment I waited in a long line getting up to the cashier I place my order for the party of 3 I was with. the amount can just under 20 dollars so I [redacted] the gentleman 2 $10 bills. he looked at the bills ,steped aside and ask the manager to check the bills the manager looked at the bill ,looked at me, walked over to me threw the money at me and said that my money was not good there. I asked why? He then proceeded to tell me that the bill had no red strip and liked like a forgery and he was not going to accept it. at this point he walked away laughing and making a funny face as to indicate that I was fat. I asked him if he could check the bill to make sure that it was real he said "yes I can check the bill but even if I do check, I'm still not going to take your money". he walked away at this point again laughing making a scene. not one time did he apologize , not one time did he ask for another form of payment, not one time was I spoken to like a human being. this person had total disrespect for me and any other person in my party. I then proceeded to get the name and phone number of the owner of the store and left. I felt horrible and I couldn't understand why someone would treat me in such a bad way, if he would have asked I could have provided another bill for him to take as payment, but it seems that that didn't matter the only thing that mattered was picking on me and making me feel horrible. this is disrespect for human rights. I then got a little curious and went to another store and ask them to test the bill for me which they happily did! it ended up at the bill was a good Bill it was just a little dirty,like most money is. They exchanged my bill with no issues. I called the owner of long johns and complained. He still has not gotten back to me.Desired Settlement: I ideally would like to have the employee fired! And I would also like all the other employees properly trained in customer service relations!
