Mario Susic and his long life interior company are just a bunch of crooks promising you the world and then cut corners on their work. Horrible people and horrible quality. Disgusting. Should be put out of business!

I hired Long Life Interiors and they did an outstanding job with professional work. I would definitely hire them again for my next project.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[To Whom It May Concern, The response stated by *** of Long Life Interiors Incis fabricated. He has done nothing but lie constantly when it comes to the job in question. Not to mention his unprofessionalism with insulting my son and threatening myhouse. There was no chase when it came to getting the money from my wife and I, even after failing to appear at the job. More than enough money was given to him to complete the job and then get the remaining balance at the date of completion. The math done correctly shows that all was left to give was a $1,as agreed by both parties with countless proof, including a text message confirmed by *** himself that was all that was owed to him to complete. On May *** when he said I was hiding from him, I was on my way back from Pennsylvania with a witness in the car to his antics that day. Not to mention a house full of guests seeing that I was not home. Not that it is his business but the truck he saw is my work vehicle, I do have four other personal vehicles as well as a motorcycle. He called multiple times to speak to me but I had a passenger in the car with me and did not want to discuss this matter in front of them. He parked outside my house to wait and see if I was lying about my whereabouts. He was screaming so loud in front of my house that the people inside my house for my son’s birthday heard him. As well as threatening my deck/home would be burnt down if I did not give him money that day. I reluctantly agreed to give him the money to have him leave me alone. My wife went outside to give him the money as I was not home and he acted like nothing happened. After receiving money for more “materials” he never showed up the following Monday to complete the job. There was no material left at the house to complete the deck as he constantly had to leave and go to home depot to get more. Not only did he not complete the two staircases and two railings, he did not support one side of the deck as well as put the steel support on the bottom posts. My wife and I have done right by *** even after his countless outburst, just because we had questions about the job. If the material was all on site then why did he constantly have to leave to go and get more? We have multiple texts from him confirming our proof. The contract with his signatures as well as proof from my bank statements. So how is it that he had to chase me down, if I gave him money after threatening my house? We were willing to pay the extra $in materials that according to the contract he was responsible for, all we asked for was the receipts for our records, but never received them. What I want is to have it show on record that he is a scam artist who falls back on his word multiple times. Nothing was ever consistent when it came to him and the contract. The contract states that the bathroom should have been done in 5-days and it took him twelve days, because his work schedule was never consistent and he took two hour lunches. The contract also states that the deck should have taken 3-days. Totaling the highest days it should have taken days to complete the job, yet he was on my premises totaling up to twenty one days without being completed.

I AM THE THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY AND WOULD LIKE FOR YOU TO TAKE MY COMPANY'S NAME OFF OF YOUR WEB SITE, NO ONE WAS GIVEN PERMISSION TO PUT MY COMPANIES NAME ON YOUR SITE AND I ORDER YOU TO TAKE DOWN IMMEDIATELY...

I don't know which company you hired
But Long Life interiors did amazing work on my home. I did shopping around and received numerous estimates and Long Life Interiors was definitely the most reasonible. The work done was emasculate. Mr. Susic was very professional and the job was completelying definitely in the time frame that was given. I have referred Mr. SUSIC and all I Have heard was great feed back. I highly would recommend this company.

Nothing good to say about this company. Do yourself a favor and go with another contractor. Long life interiors is the worst ever ! The contractor did a horrible job and will make up fees along the way and run away from their promises.

Response:

GOOD DAY Revdex.com, I [redacted] AM OWNER OF LONG LIFE INTERIORS,INC. I DID A JOB FOR [redacted]. THE JOB TOTAL WAS $11,400. ADDITIONAL MATERIALS THAT WERE USED AND PICKED UP WERE AN ADDITIONAL $200. SO NEW TOTAL IS $11,600.00. [redacted] TO THIS DAY HAS PAID ME $8,600.00. HE HAS A BALANCE OF $3,600.00 FOR ORIGINAL CONTRACT. WHATS LEFT ON JOB IS TWO SETS OF STRINGERS FOR DECK WITH 2X8 STEPS AND HANG A SHOWER DOOR WHICH IS PURCHASED AND ALL MATERIALS ARE ON SITE. [redacted] MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO MEET WITH ME ON A SATURDAY TO MAKE A PAYMENT, HE WAS AVOIDING MY CALLS AND SAID HE WASNT HOME WHEN I WAS BY HIS HOUSE WITH HIS TRUCK THERE AND HE HAD HIS SON CALL ME TO SAY HOW CAN I HELP YOU, I SAID WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME AND I AM SUPPOSE TO MEET WITH YOUR DAD FOR A PAYMENT, FINALLY AFTER A FEW HOURS [redacted] GOT ON THE PHONE WITH ME AND SAID I AM NOT MAKING A PAYMENT UNTILL JOB IS FINISHED, AND WAS ANGRY THAT DECK WASNT DONE FOR HIS SONS B-DAY PARTY, MY CONTRACT STATES T HAT DECK TO BE FINISHED IN 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS, IM ONLY ON THE DECK 3 DAYS. FINALLY [redacted] WIFE AND SON CAME OUT VERY NASTY AND STATED HERES A THOUSAND DOLLARS AND THREW IT AT ME OUT OF THE $2,600.00 I WAS SUPPOSE TO RECIEVE, I SAID OK AND I SIGNED LIKE I ALWAYS DID WITH THEM ON MY CONTRACT AND DATED, WHAT I ALSO NOTICED IS THAT ON THAT SIGNATURE SHEET, THEY FILLED IN PAYMENT MADE $3,000.00 AND CIRCLED IT. I DID NOT SIGN OR RECIEVE THIS $3,000.00 PAYMENT. THEY ARE PLAYING GAMES AND I AM NOT GOING TO FINISH UP AND NOT GET PAID UNTIL WE CAN EITHER GO TO AN ATTORNEY AND ESCROW THE BALANCE OR HE JUST PART WITH ME. FROM BEING IN HIS HOUSE AND SEEING ALOT OF THINGS HALF DONE MADE ME WONDER, BUT NOW I KNOW WHY, HE STATES THE PLUMBER IS DONE AND HE OWES THE PLUMBER $2,500 AND THE PLUMBER WONT ANSWER HIM, WHO IN THERE RIGHT MIND IS DONE WITH A JOB AND WONT COME GET THE BALANCE, WELL I DID SOME RESEARCH AND KNOW WHY, SEEMES LIKE HE GOT HIS HOUSE ALMOST DONE BY SCREWING OVER PEOPLE. I AL SO TOOK [redacted] TO GET HIS SHOWER DOOR TO A GUY I USE, [redacted] COMPLETELY DISPESPECTED THE GUY IN HIS PLACE OF BUSINESS TRYING TO SQUEEZE THE GUY OUT OF A BUCK. ANYWAY, THE BALANCE ON THE JOB IS $2,600.00. I HAVE A HALF A DAY LEFT THERE, I REALLY DONT WANT THE BALANCE, IM LEAVING BEHIND OUT OF THAT $2,600.00 A GOOD $2,200.00 PROFIT, I AM WILLING TO LOSE THAT FOR A PIECE OF MIND, AND LIKE I SAID, I DONT CARE IF THEY HAD A 100K JOB FOR ME, I DONT WANT IT, THEY ARE VERY NASTY AND DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH, IM IN COURTS NOW FOR SOMEONE OWING ME 70K, IM NOT GOING THROUGH THIS AGAIN, ESPECIALLY OVER $2,600.I RUN A LEGIT BUSINESS AND AM IN BUSINESS OVER 16 YEARS, WITH MANY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS, REFERENCES AND QUALITY OF WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. SO EITHER [redacted] CAN HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO FINISH OR MY ATTORNEY IS STANDING BY TO TAKE NECESSARY STEPS..... SINCERELY [redacted]
