I've spent a lot of money over the years(25+) at L&M in the west,and have always had a good experience with the service and staff...BUT the times have now changed in 2014 to way below a negative stature... After ordering in an $1100.00 piece from another L&M store, trying it out and discovering it wasn't what would work for me...so... I took it back to the store (after less than 7 days) for a refund... The refund cost me 25% PLUS TAX(15%)... This amounted to the worst taste in my mouth I've ever had in 40 years in the music business... It's too bad big business keeps losing customers out of GREED!!!! Fortunately there are a lot of smaller music stores that offer the same or better deals....
