I make $payments each month that are due by the 20th of the month.I make these payments online to christepayWhich is where my statement instructs me to do soI made my October payment on October 18, Printed a receipt and it was taken from my checking acct on October 19, Got a statement on November 13, saying I missed OctpaymentI called November 13, and spoke to [redacted] I was told to email her my receipt, I didI NEVER HEARD anything back from herI then called [redacted] on November 27, 2018, I emailed her a copy of my receipt and checking account statement showing it has been paid and taken from my checking account...she called me back about minutes later, and let me know that she sent it off to accounting and should be taken care ofI called [redacted] again on 12/6/2018, she told me she sent that off and was still waiting to hear someth

Since I moved out of Laurel Ridge Apartments on July 2017, I have been in contact with them trying to get my $refund processed and also trying to get fraudulent SuddenLink Cable bills refunded to my account
They refuse to issue me my $refund and they also refuse to refund my SuddenLink bills in the amount of $11.65, even though they promised they would
Additionally, I am still receiving SuddenLink bills in the mail, even though I am no longer a customer and even though Laurel Ridge is the primary Business account for SuddenLink
I am simply requesting that my refunds be processed and that I stop receiving cable bills that Laurel Ridge is responsible for
