To whoever it may concern This is Ha N [redacted] ( the owner of Long nails)My client did call me week ago about my technician cut his toe but somehow the call had been cut off between and I couldn't here him very good.I didn't not have chance to apologize him.After received this letter I did call him but no response.We are very sorry to what happened to him and we are going to give him money back plus we are going to give him free pedicure for next visit if he d like to come and give us a chance Ha N***

To whomever it may concernThis is Ha N***, the owner of Long NailsI responding about the case number ***My client came to my shop and ask the service for a fill in of acrylic and it cost $** but she end up having get polish over acrylic nail and it cost $** more plus she got a design $*
We did have the price listed clearly posted on the wall when you walk to the entranceI apologize for the misunderstandingHowever I still give her $** back for misunderstanding

He did not give me $** off, he stood there until I paid the full $**. His technician told me all it would cost is $** after I kept asking to make sure that's all I had to pay. They are very unfriendly and just want their money and business! Don't recommend anyone to go there! Their prices are. it listed correctly on the board when you walk in.
