Long Neck Deli

Review: On Sat, Nov. 23, 2013 I made a purchase at Long Neck Deli in Millsboro, DE which did not amount to $10.00. They refused to take my credit card for less then $10.00. In addition they refused to honor a coupon which I had for the merchandise purchased.According to the Revdex.com "A business CANNOT require a minimum purchase because it violates the merchants' agreements with both their bank issuer and the credit card company. Consumers are entitled to use their Visa or Mastercard to pay for an item no matter how low the price."Desired Settlement: I would like to know if this business was contacted about their "minimum purchase" requirements and if they will change their policy.Thank you
