I am rejecting this response because:No other business that we have ever called charge per man/person/per hour;  it is per hour. Whether it is for electrical or heating the charge has always been per hour.  We work minimum pay jobs and have to pay our health insurance out of pocket ; surely I wish we could all make $60+ per hour or even half that in order to pay for benefits!!  Response was submitted to Long Plumbing ; price quoted per hour was then $150 for first hour and $126 per hour after that; which was only released when bill was sent; at that rate a $70/ hour business would have been a bargain.  That was just very deceptive and I had planned to submit this complaint when I read the bill; just very deceptive business practices to lure people in.
