Proposed Tenant [redacted]'s complaint has several errors and omissions. The attachments provide the documents that were signed and agreed to between Tenant and Landlord. Specifically the following errors were noted: [redacted]...

[redacted] is not a Long Reality Agent but an Agent of REMAX Fine Properties. Also, he is the RE Agent representing Tenant. Tenant did not pay any Security Deposit only a Earnest Deposit per attached AAR Lease contract. References to The Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act are in error. Tenant never honored the lease contract and never moved into the home. Earnest Deposit never converted to Security Deposit. Tenant never paid the Landlord the $6000 lease amount on the contract. Tenant asked for cancellation of lease due to friends sickness. Landlord agreed to forgive the $6000 lease amount due but keep the $900 Earnest Deposit for expenses collected. All was agreed to in the Attachment #1 to Lease contract. Tenant was fully in agreement with this offer from Landlord. Should be it saved him $6000 lease payment to Landlord.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I would like an itemized list of the expenses incurred.  I believe I gave the home owner ample time to rent his property before the Snowbird season which starts Jan. 1, 2014.

I ask the Tenant to review Attachment #1 to Lease contract which he signed and agreed with Landlord. Landlord is getting upset with this lack of concern over this issue and may be considering collecting the $6000 owed by Tenant per contract. Tenant also needs to work these issues through his assigned agent.
