Long Road Home Rescue

I adopted a puppy from Long Road Home Rescue and put down a security deposit that was due to be returned when we got our dog neuteredWe got the dog neutered, but they refuse to give me my deposit back although we have met the terms of our agreement
We had a lengthy discussion at the time of adoption regarding this clause in the agreement and the timing of when neutering would happenThey also wrote into the agreement we would provide a letter from the vet explaining "when we would neuter" the dog according to our vet's recommendation and both parties signed
We provided all documentation requested as well as documentation confirming the procedure was doneSince then Ryan *** refuses to refund our security depositMy voicemails have not been returned and many emails were ignoredI had to message Ryan on *** to get any sort of response and he made it pretty clear they would not give my deposit backI'm very dissatisfied with their service
